Nuvion Network is the trade name of Nuvion LLC, a structured-cabling company serving Cedar Park and the Austin area. This page explains what happens to the details you send us through this website. In short: we use them to reply to you and do the job, and we never sell them.

What we collect

Only what you type into our forms:

• Walkthrough form: your name, email, phone number, address or ZIP code, how many rooms you want wired, anything you choose to add about your home and the job, and how you heard about us.
• Builder form: your company, name, email, phone number, project location, number of homes, project stage, start date, project notes and how you heard about us.

If you call, text or email us, we also have what you send that way, such as photos of your router spot.

How we use it

• To reply to you, visit your home, give you a price and do the work.
• To keep a record of the job, the quote and the invoice.

We don’t sell your details, rent them, or add you to marketing lists. We only contact you about your enquiry or your job.

Who else handles it

• Web3Forms delivers what you type into our forms to our inbox, [email protected].
• Our email provider stores those messages and our replies.
• Google Fonts supplies the typefaces on this site, so your browser contacts Google’s servers when the page loads.
• Cloudflare hosts this site and keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to run and secure it.

If you follow our link to Yelp, Yelp’s own privacy policy applies there.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set cookies or show ads.

To see how many people visit and how quickly the pages load, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It doesn’t use cookies, doesn’t follow you to other websites and doesn’t identify you. We see only totals, such as visits per page.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and job records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our tax and business record-keeping duties. If we never work together, we delete your enquiry when we no longer need it.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Email [email protected] or call (737) 288-9624, and we’ll take care of it.

Changes

If we change how we handle your details, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
